noooooo!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god the yankees lost!!!! i cant belive it ppl....this is so terrible...i really thought they were gonna go all the way this year...they had pitching and awsome hitting....their hitting was like the 96 yankees...making their own breaks and clutch hitting. As much as i like A rod he hasnt done anything in the playoffs or in the clutch.....when the yanks get eliminated from the playoffs its so depressing....iam so down....but there is always next year...i really want joe torre to stay i hope he doesnt get fired because of this extremly terrible performance. We all kno that the yanks are much better then this and they can easily beat the stupid tigers...but wats written is written. well iam goin for the mets now.I have been thinking about how we like to memorize rap songs and other useless stuff, but we never take out time to memorize quran. It is so important to move on from the regular surahs that we recite like surah ikhlas and suarah kauther n some others to some long ones like surah naba and surah naziat. Then wen we stand up in prayer at night we can stand a little longer. This came to mind when a brother in the masjid was rapping and a brother said to him "hey why dont you memorize quran instead of rap music". Its funny we wanna be like them so much but if they dont come to islam, they r gonna be in hell.. may allah guide them to the truth. We kno that ramadan is a month of being extra generous. The prophet Muhammad (saw) use to be more generous in the month of ramadan then in the whole year. Him being generous is somthing to think about because he didnt have much...he would come home and ask aisha (ra) wat is in the home and she would say Ya rasuallah 1 date or 2 dates and somthing there would be nothing....subhanallah. I want u guys to read this.....A man served God for seventy years and then committed a sin which canceled the merit of his service. Afterwards he gave a loaf of bread to a poor man, so God pardoned his sin and gave him back the merit of his seventy years' service. His alms are vain who does not know that his need of the reward for giving is greater than the poor man's need of the gift. That is so amazing...fall into the depth of that last statement. A reminder ppl we are gettin to the last ten days of ramadan and closer to the night that is better then 1000 months of worship.. yes..laylatul qadar!! so lets buckle down and get ourselves to paradise. Because somtimes we act like we dont want paradise....so lets act like we want it. The heart needs to beat....and so we stay alive. salaam
